Monaco Precancels

Since Monaco is a francophile nation their precancels are very similar created and used as in France.

In Monaco they are issued since early 20th century, and contain a typographical precancel. They were special issued for mass mailings.

The first stamp which only exists with precancel vignet was issued later in the 20th century.

In later years (1988) stamps with a seperate design and fractional values where issued.
